Ok I feel right silly, but I've never been able to figure this out.
HOW do I send a trade to a specific person? Like if I wanted to give my friend a clothing item or something. I honestly have no idea, and I feel silly!

Click the item in your Inventory, then click the little white envelope with the green arrow on it (its just above the Use Item button), you'll be prompted to enter the username of the person you're sending it to (and you can also enter the CoD fee if applicable) and then you click Send Item.
