Idk if this should go here but dose anyone know a program that will work to make the kep entries? I own an android tablet.

For art, I generally use an app called ArtStudio, which costs five dollars. However, I don't know if its available on Android devices. :/ But, if you have a computer you could download a program on, I recommend Firealpaca. It's completely free and both PC and Mac compatible. I used it for my Kelpari designs ^^

I DO have a pc but it sucks and i would prefer to use my tablet

I used to use SketchBook by AutoDesk for my Sylestia stuff, from the forum games to drawing entries. :)
I still recommend it now! It came with my Note 3 but it looks like it's for free from the Google Play store.
