someone told me that Talon is good is he?

I think he's more like 'being controlled' by something or someone, so... yeah! I think he's a good guy!

Lord Talon is portrayed as a evil person in the story. He captured pets and caged and tortured them. But when you finish the bandit dungeon, we know that he was originally a nice guy until someone made him change. He did hint that he was tricked into being a bad guy, and cannot escape his role until his final death. He warns you to never trust this 'mysterious' guy as he had.
so I guess you can say he is a good guy, but was unfortunate enough to meet some bad encounters that made him this way.
