Okay so I have a debit card(Visa) but when I tried to buy some diamonds it said that the card couldn't be used. I just checked the bank account and I have over 300 in my savings so that shouldn't be the problem and the card doesn't expire until 2019? I'm not sure if this is something staff could fix or if I'm the only one. I just thought I would point it out.

The only thing I can really help with for this is - is that card registered already to a PayPal account? If so, PayPal typically forces you to use your PayPal balance instead of a registered card.

If not, then I have no idea and you will have to contact PayPal and ask why they aren't accepting the card. They are pretty quick to respond (you can even call them for a quick response) and usually pretty helpful.

Okay I'll try that and see if I can't get it to work :)

Sorry to piggyback this topic but I was going to post about buying diamonds also.

I just about a few diamonds and I got a receipt from PayPal but I haven't gotten the diamonds. It's only been 10 minutes, but it's always been instant.

There was indeed an issue during the transaction between our server and PayPal.

I've requested it to parse again and you should be receiving your Diamonds any minute now.
