EDIT: User Fixed Own Issue
I installed a cache cleaning//computer cleaning program ((Bleach Bit)), and ran it through- something was being particularly stupid because immediately following that and restarting the computer it spawned again. I doubt that many other people are on Linux who play this, but I'll leave it up just in case.

Hi there- I'm brand new and think I already broke the game, bahaha. *sigh*

I'm on Ubuntu Linux 14.04 LTS, Google Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106, and I have Updated Java, Updated Flash. The zone worked the night prior on the same laptop//browser//OS- Chests spawned originally and then Respawned at the correct times, but tonight for some unforeseen reason...

...the chests never spawned a all. I exited and re-entered the zone, cleared my browser cache multiple times, and explored multiple areas of the festival zones between all this, for about 3 hours and 35 minutes, but...nothing. The chests never spawned, respawned, or started spawning at all. I'll go back to the zone later, so I'll report if it repairs itself. :(

Exiting the zone resets the spawn timers for chests and bosses. You'll have to wait the full time for them to respawn for them to show up. This may not be the issue you had, but it's good to know for future reference.
