So, it seems that in your profile it does not have IMG or URL or anything so how do people put pics in their profile?

Profile code works the same as private message code. So if you format your about me in a private message, then paste it over, it should work. :)

But briefly, for urls, it's:
[urllink=your-url-here]This is a link[/urllink]
