Hey Krin!
I cant take a screen shot of it (sorry), but I purchased two philters of Nullification today. I've used both but there still an Item in my inventory like the Philter and it says x0. I can even move it around in my inventory.
Even if I refresh the page its still there. I can probably delete it, but that's pretty weird. Just thought I'd let you know.

Yea - it happens a lot w/ philters.
You can remove it by clicking the trash can icon.
