I accidentally sold 26 extractors back to the bakery guy in exchange for frost tokens but I figured I'd just go shopping in the festival shop. However when I went to look for the tokens they are nowhere to be found.

You have to use the Frost Tokens from your Inventory.

I understand that part. What i mean is that they never showed up in my inventory.
