So I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not but it says the items cost Frost Tokens. I have almost 200 of them yet in the shop it says I have zero... Is the shop still being worked on to fix bugs?

Before the Frost Tokens appear in the Festival Shop, you have to "use" them from your inventory.
(Click the Frost Tokens, and find the button that says "Use Item" :) )
