I was trying to equip The Griffi costume to Winter's Astral Pine


However when I tried to drag the item from my equipment tab to Her costume tab and drop it in, it did not work.

I tried removing an accessory from from Tairin


To try and see if that would work by dragging it from the slot to the equip tab and dropping but that did not work either. Am I doing something wrong ? I was sure it was drag and drop to equip.

So if I am doing something wrong could you please tell me what, or if I'm not doing things wrong, please look into whats going on ?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Yes 3 times now. I just did it again and checked once more with different pets than those in my original post. Same problem I can not unequip or equip any items.

I've also tried using two browsers

firefox and safari same issue both browsers

When did this issue first arise? Like, was it working fine yesterday?

I've no idea if it was working correctly Yesterday or not. I do not often change my pets equipment. especially my starter Tairin since shes in my party, once I equipped her relic ect, I have not changed or removed any of them. I only equipped my party and Mission runners but like Tarin once equipped I've not touched them since.

As such the issue only came to my attention today once I received the Griffi costume and I tried to attach it to my Griffi.

Hm. Very odd.

Can you try equip'ing the items again and this time, when it fails to work, right-click and click "Inspect Element" (or w/e the option says for the browser to enter the debug mode).

Once there, look for any errors. It'll look like this:



The red little stop sign in the top right corner will display how many errors there are and then you can click that and look for the bottom where it references the error and its location.

I did as you asked however the Inspect element (Q) menu I get looks nothing like the one you showed.

mine has

Inspector console debugger style editor Performance and network

even in the debugger tab it gives no indication of a break in the script

So it's putting the item into the slot but isn't actually equipping it?

I noticed that in your first screenshot it was already in the slot and also still in your Inventory?
