Excuse me, I found this thing while battling, does anyone know what it means?

It's a puzzle, at least *try* to figure it out. :) It's no fun if you just have someone tell you the answers.
I'm sure you can figure out at least the first few words. Compare the missing letters to the symbols in the lower paragraph, and then fill in the spaces wherever you see their symbols.

You dont really have to know what it means, but out of curiosity I translated it the whole thing for fun and luckily still have the translation.
Basically, for each of these seals, you need a pet high in that stat. My recommendation? Replace a pet with a mission pet upon encountering the seal, place the seal, switch the pet back out. It's what I did.
