I lurked around a bit hoping to find a thread that explained how that worked.
Any help would be appreciated.

Titles are achieved by participating in certain activities or achieving something (usually only during a festival).
For example, during the Fall Festival, the following titles were available:
-Trickster: Trick or Treat 500 times as a Visitor
-Candy Dispenser: Hand out 500 Pieces of Candy
-The Sweet Tooth: Create 5 Handfuls of Candy
-The Kind-Hearted: Hand out a Personal Item
We'll have to wait and see what titles are available during the Winter Festival (it starts this week)!
The only titles that are obtainable outside of festivals are the ones in the Arena in Astryl's Vale.
