I'm a bit confused. I keep trying to activate the seals (I think I might even have maxed out my pets?) and it seems that they won't activate, even though I've changed my pets' stats and made the required ones over 200.

Are you using the corrects pets on the correct seals? Each seal is different.
I'm not aware of any issue with them not working and I haven't changed anything with that code in a long time, so I think they're still functioning as intended.
If you continue to have issues with it, send me a PM with which pet you are using for which seal and I will take a look.
