with the prismatic philter, philter of acumen, philter of precision, philter of vigor, and philter of nimbleness, you can only use them when hatching eggs to increase the hatchling's base stats. Therefore only one can be used per pet. When you hatch an egg, you'll notice three options: help open the egg, don't help, or a drop-down menu with 'use philter' underneath. It's in that drop-down that you'll find these philters. Hope that helps some!

About for the Genetic Philters and Mutators?

Genetic mutators can only be used on tamed pets (not offspring or exclusives). Lesser Genetic Mutators give a random trait and can be either visible or carried (if carried the pet needs to be genetically tested to see it). Greater Mutators give a visible trait of your choice. Also, they can only be used once your pet is an adolescent or adult, and you can only use one genetic mutator per pet. I'm not sure what you mean by genetic philter though.... do you mean Genetic test kit? Or Genetic scanner?
