In my inventory i have a blank space. I can't click it but I can swap it's place witg other items. I can't reme,ber what it is or if I used whatever item it was.
Edit: it could maybe be some lesser dyes. I think i traded them.

You can hit the trash can icon to remove it from your Inventory.
