Okay, I think it will be a noob question, but I'm very new to this page...

I was doing the tutorial (with Jinxie on the little window), selected the world map, where another Jinxie appeared. I clicked on her and she offered me to choose from three things (top, middle, and maybe bottom?). I clicked on the middle, but after that I got an error message (err_connection_timed_out, or something like this). I went back to the previous page, but the second Jinxie isn't there anymore.

So I'd like to know: is this a bug, or Jinxie appears sometimes outside her window? Have I missed something because of the connection error? If yes, can I fix it? (And how?)

I don't know if that's supposed to happen about the connection error thing but if there's a second Jinxie, on the page, that's means you can get a prize

Currently, there is an event going on - the Fall Festival. This 'second Jinxie' is part of this festival. She appears on any page once every 30 minutes, and if you click her, you should be able to receive a prize. As for the error, that occurs every once in a while.

Unfortunately, the prizes are festival related, and being a newbie you can't do much in the festival zone yet. However, you can sell the prizes on the broker~

If there's anything you want in the Fall Festival Shop, the second Jinxie can give you chocolate coins. I'll have you know, I sold 7 mojo collectors on the trade broker all at once and suddenly had over 30,000 coins. MY MONEY PROBLEMS ARE OVER! :3
