I don't find that the HH has brought down its rarity - as I'm not even sure you -can- find charred nephs in there, and if they were to be found, they'd be un-mutatable. I'm not really interested in the pets you offered, sorry!

I've found both a 1-Vis and 2-Vis Charred Leaf Nephini inside~ so you can find them in there. :) 1-3 Vis I believe, although 3-Vis is incredibly rare. 8 have been found in the mansion so far.

It comes down to wether you want to mutate a pet or disrupt it and whether or not the buyer is interested in stats (the HM Neph's are generated and can be stat philtered, unsure if they start with mystical generated stats though).

3500k diamonds. Would you be interested in a max stat griffi? Or a couple disruptors thrown in?
