Dusk in the big city. You have finally gotten settled into your small apartment that week and the night life of the city was starting to become normal to you.
Intro-ish.
So you're starting and it's kinda dusk/almost night yeah...

Katherine moves her last box of things into the corner of the room with a huff. A few things in her apartment still packed from moving in. She had been transferred to New York from her job, working under a new boss. She stands by the window staring at her apartment then to the city outside. It was becoming dark, she had been unpacking all day.
Will stands behind the bar waiting for customers, hoping his manager hadn't noticed he was late. There was a smack on the window as the other bartender turned the sign on the window to open. He sighs as he awaits a long night.

Kurt rolled his neck loathing the long shift he had agreed to. Although he didn't mind helping the few old ladies that had gotten shoved onto him by his co-workers, they had been rather difficult in learning about the things he had shown them. They didn't seem to want to get it after he explained it to them in the simplest fashion or even after he showed them but he couldn't complain too badly. It was a fairly decent job and he got to work around computers... well sort of any way.
Keda sighed leaving the shop. She hated her job so much. Having to deal with rich snobby people. It drove her nuts with all the bickering girls in the store. She looked around as she walked and noticed a bar that was just opening. She smiled a little. "Well, a few drinks could be in the budget.." She mummered to herself crossing the street. Besides she should go out and make some friends. Or talk to people at least.

Katherine goes over to her last box which held her computer and a few other things. Opening the box she pulls out the computer, hoping to start on some early work for the boss. She opens the laptop to find the screen didn't turn on. "Great," she mumbles, the movers had jostled the box a bit. She shuts the laptop carefully, slipping on her shoes. Quickly grabbing her apartment keys she puts the laptop in its case and walks to the door, taking one last glance at the apartment before leaving.
Will leans against the counter as the manager scowls as he walks in the bar. "This ought to be good" he says to himself and awaits the scolding from the manager for being late. The manager had always hated Will for some odd reason.

Kurt sighed looking around at the nearly empty store. What time did they close again? Oh yeah... Late. He didn't really hate his job but he knew to never again offer to take someone's shift again to double shift himself. It just took way too long. And he still hadn't finished unpacking and his new roommate didn't like that. Even though his boxes where in his room out of site.
Keda walked into the bar smiling a little at her reflection. She wasn't vain or anything she just liked knowing her hair do had stayed up all day. She had braided her hair around her head in a circle, leaving four or five inches which she corkscrew curled to make bouncy. She loved doing her hair up in weird new ways. She saw the two men one looking angry and decided to sit on the far ed of the bar to wait. She didn't mind waiting one bit.

Katherine walks around the city turning down different streets to try and find a place to fix computers. She turns the next corner, seeing a Best Buy. She smiles, relieved she could finally get her computer fixed. She hadn't been out of the apartment all day, she needed to get out even if it was to a store. She walks in, the cold blast of the air-conditioner making her shiver. It wasn't that she didn't like the air, it was just a shock with it all coming at one time. Turning and walking over to a worker she politely asks her where she can get her computer fixed at.
Will watches as a girl walks in. Her beautiful hair flowing as she walked. He whips his head back as he hears the manager raise his voice a little.
"Are you listening to me?" the manager snaps, glaring daggers at Will.
"Yes of course." he says looking the man in the eyes.
The manager grumbles under his breathe. "Never mind, get to work," the manager says in an angry tone before walking past the girl and smiles at her.
Will sighs before walking over to the woman. "What would you like to drink?" he says politely, his voice floats across the room as he spoke to her.

Kurt looks at the woman who had asked him. "I can take a look at it. Come over here." He said as he started to lead her to the computer department. He was glad she had asked him. All of his other guy coworkers were kind of pervs and she wouldn't have gotten anything done, except having tons of weird guys ask her out.
Keda smiled awkwardly at the man who walk past her before turning a real smile at the man behind the counter. "Well, I'll just take something fruity.. what would you suggest?" She asked putting her elbow on the counter resting her chin on the heel of her hand. She was pretty tired from all the running about that she had to do for her job.

Katherine smiles as he speaks, excited she might actually get her computer fixed and something else she didn't realize. She follows him, glancing at another worker to find him staring at her like she was his prey. A shiver goes down her spine. As she feels many eyes on her, she looks to the ground, studying every crack in its surface. She sets her case on the counter, opening it for him to look at the laptop.
Will smiles back at the woman. "If your going with something fruity, I would have to say a Tequila Sunrise," his face showing a slight blush as he looks at her smiling at him again. His dark eyes burying themselves into her beautiful hazel eyes as he waited for an answer.

Kurt smiled at her kindly, half because he was supposed to and half because he always did. He pulled her laptop in front of him before trying to turn it on. He caught one of his coworkers looking at the woman hungrily. "Sorry about them. They only work here hoping some nice girl will come in and they'd get to her." He said before looking at the laptop. "How old is this?" He asked attempting to press the bottom again.
Keda nodded. "Sure. Whatever you think. I'm still no expert in drinks." She said pulling out her idea to show she was of age to drink. She couldn't help but smile to herself. This guy seemed pretty nice and she couldn't help but notice him staring at her eyes... Of course that meant she must have been staring at his nice dark brown ones to notice. She was grateful for her dark skin hiding any blush that she might have.

Katherine awkwardly shifts to lean on the other foot. "It's around six years old, kind of on its last leg" she says with a slight smile. Watching as he tried to turn it on again. "The screen doesn't turn on, the movers must have dropped the box or something..." She says quietly as she watched him. She looks in the other direction at the man staring at her and she looks to the ground. Feeling the cold shiver in her spine again, feeling a bit uncomfortable with the hungry eyes boring into her.
Will glances down at her ID before walking over to the glasses to make her drink. Hearing the front door, shut every few minutes as new customers arrived. He finishes and turns to her setting the drink down on the counter in front of her. "Tell me if you like it," he say with a real smile, reaching his eyes before walking away. He serves another customer as he waits for her to try the drink. Glancing ever so often to look at her.
