I haven't seen a trading center yet, so here is a place to trade your fish! Just simply list the Fish you are willing to trade, then the Fish that you are looking for. Feel free to offer more than just fish on what you have! Keep your list condensed to one post.
Here's an example and my lists:

Also willing to trade pets from my sale tab in stables as well as gold.
