I'm looking for a rain dress, If you have one or know where to get one, please tell me...

It's from the previous festival (spring). c: But I haven't seen any floating around on the broker recently -- the only way to obtain for now. When the spring festival comes around again next year, you may be able to obtain one by getting an "old spring festival item box" like the summer one that's in the shop currently. But since it's luck based, the chance you get one is extremely bleak. So again still easier to buy off of another player. As far as worth goes, it's probably worth 400k minimum since I think it's a popular one and there are no sellers atm. But you may get lucky and stumble upon one. c: Hope that helps!

yea, the rain dress is popular and is worth at least 400k atm, will probably be worth more in the future. A silver pearl is worth around 30k atm, so...
