how do u get diomonds and outfits... I received the wings and hair piece from someone, but I don't know how to earn that kind of stuff

You can purchase diamonds from the currency broker for gold, or the diamond shop for real money. You can also get diamonds as a reward from certain contests..
You can earn certain avatar items by battling certain enemies. You can also purchase avatar items from the trade broker for gold, or negotiate special trades with other players.
