I have two Prismatic Philters in my inventory (tab 4), and an eggling that's ready to hatch. The pop-up box gives me the option to break the egg or let it hatch by itself, but the 'use selected philter' button remains grayed out. There's no drop-down menu for me to choose the philter I want to use. I posted a FAQ thread about it, and apparently there's supposed be a menu there.

Can you take a screenshot of the hatch window for me?

After extensive digging... I think I found the source and it was actually an absolutely ancient bug that I can't believe hasn't been noticed until now.
Please let me know if it is working for you now.

The use of an '<' instead of an '<='.
