I'm selling some of my tagged exclusives to save up for that new species :O (and to build back up my funds, aha.)
You can make an offer on anything in 3, any tab. If you see a tagged exclusive that isn't in one of those tabs, most likely it is misfiled and you can offer on it as well.

Hmm...
The lowest price I've seen recently on a 3 vis neph has been over 10 mil ^^;, so I'm hesitant to accept any offer on mine that is under that, especially since mine has quite nice traits.
