I tried to use a lesser pet dye for the first time.
Somehow rather than turning my pet green which I wanted, it turned the pet white which is the default. when i went to erase the default color in the little text box it took me back a page, so I went back to the pets page, clicked on the dye again but instead of the little color box reappearing my dye disappeared and the pet turned white. There is a possibility that it is user error since I have never dyed a pet before so didn't really know what I was doing.

I see that 1 dye was used on that pet and looks like it was aimed at pure white.

I have sent you a replacement dye so that you can try again.
