Hi!
I've made good progress in a breeding project i started a while ago. It is a 5 vis quitari project. It's all been going well and straight forward but now i'm having very serious stable space issue -_- I really don't have anymore space for my hatchery pets now and i'm really scared to lose them. My project has been temporarily put on hold until i can solve this issue.
I've released many project pets that i felt were no longer needed. That freed up some space but my stable is now full again. I don't really know how to choose which ones to release now... i'm scared i'll release something i shouldn't. This is my first project you see XD
Big thanks to anyone who helps!! ^o^
btw, let me know if i'm not meant to post this here... i wasn't really sure :P

1. Keep 2 males with unrelated parents (and of course no son-father relation) that have 5 traits and the most vis.
2. Keep all females that have at least 3 traits.
3. Release all your Qitari project pets that don't meet above criterias.
If you don't know which males you should choose, you can pick this one and this one.
If you go to their profile page, you will see that they have different parents and not son-father either.

There are still chances your females can't breed with either males but the percentage is too little to worry about IMO. You can't breed them if the females are offsprings of male A/B and male B/A's mother or they are offsprings of male A/B's father and male B/A's mother. You can keep 1 or 2 more males with unrelated parents if you're afraid you'd do fatal mistake if you follow my instructions. :p

Hi Luga,
Sorry to bother you again >//<
I did as you'd advised and now only have 2 tabs worth of pets, whew! :D
I only kept 3 males, they all have the 5 traits. All the females can breed with at least one of them too.
After i resumed my project, i ended up with a lot eggs, what am i going to do now?? XD
Do i add more criteria to ones that i keep or do i not release or do i release more or... :P
How much stable space am i meant to need for this? O_o
You don't have to know... i just thought i'd ask you first since you were a great help last time =3
Thanks!

No problem, Rabbit. I'm happy to help. :)
One tab is enough IMO. 2 or 3 spaces for males and the rest is for the females.
In fact, I only use 2 or 3 males and 8 females for most projects because I have a lot of projects (the real reason is because I'm lazy, lol).
What you need to do:
1. Wait until they hatched and then test their traits.
2. Only keep the females if they have same or more traits than your females with fewest traits, otherwise release them.
3. Only keep the males if they have same number of traits (same number of vis and carry) with their father, otherwise release them.
4. After the hatchlings become an adult, you can release the old males and females with fewest traits than them. Remember to always keep 2 or 3 males with unrelated parents.
5. After you have a lot of females with 4 traits or more, release any female hatchlings that have less than 4 traits. After you have a lot of females with 5 traits, release any female hatchlings that have less than 5 traits. After you have a lot of females with 5 traits and at least 1 vis, release any female hatchlings that only have 5 carry. The same also goes for males. It takes a while but if you keep doing this I'm sure you'll get a 5vis!

Ahh cool, so i just keep closing in on the 5 vis XDD
That's gonna take some time... :P
You only need 8 females?? Do i have too many?
Oh and, while i'm at it, can i ask how long it usually takes for you to complete your projects? :o
Thanks so much for your guidance!

I don't know how to answer that since everyone has different opinion. XD
But IMO, you have too much females. I usually only use 6-8 females unless I want to have some 6vis with different traits. I use more females if my projects don't go really well though.
I have many projects (one 4vis project, one 5vis project, some 6vis projects, some 120 mana non-fabled projects, and some max stats projects) so I don't know which one you're talking about but I guess you're talking about 5vis or 6vis projects. Well, it takes me about 6-8 months to complete 6vis projects mostly because I'm a lazy and not lucky person. lol
