it looks like Jinxies jam has options to bet higher numbers of coins (im assuming this would up your odds of winning) but I can't click them. Are these features in development or is there something specific I need to do to activate them? Sorry if it is a silly question.

You can only click the 5 for now, if I recall.

To unlock the 10 tier, you'll have to beat Umbra Forest in the mainstory. (follow Jinxie's quest and clear the zones)

The rest are locked, since there's no more complete storyline outside of Umbra.
