I've finished all the zone progressions in both Sweet Blossom Orchard and Astryl's Tranquility, but the only thing left for me to do is return to Ethernia. When I do that to talk to the king it says the king is not available. I've heard others have had this problem as well.

Yep. That is because the storyline ends there for the time being. You've reached the end of our released content so far. =)

Sometimes. Most of the time we just put syllables together until it sounds good or use 'adjectives' as names.
