I've noticed ppl have titles what are the different titles you can get and how do you get them

You can get a title by completing certain known requirements during a Festival. Currently there is not a festival going on so there are no titles to obtain. The next festival will be the summer festival -- not sure when this will be, perhaps 2 months from now?-- so you'll have to wait till then to obtain one. ^.^'''

I haven't gotten all of the titles, but most of them, so this is a decent list of what's already out there. I know there is one that is sometimes rewarded as an egg auction prize that I've never gotten.

Sometimes they re-release titles. Like I obtained Master Egg Hunter last spring, but the same title was awarded for completing the respective content for this spring.

Yup, the ones I listed are the ones I have. That one was given out as a participation prize from a Sylestia Official Art Contest from 2013. I believe the Official Festival Art Contests have been discontinued though. @Fai, are these ever going to come back? o:

Undetermined at this time if 'retired' titles will come back.
