How can I create a Monarch Puffadore?

The site holds festivals at certain times of the year. Spring Festival, Fall Festival, Winter Festival, Summer Festival, Week of Love (Valentine's Day), Festival of Fortune (St. Patrick's Day), and so on.

Along with the Festivals, they'll have Themed Pets available throughout the Festival's duration. Some themes are recurring, and can be captured within the Festival Zones, and others are a bit harder to obtain. The Fabled Species (Lighira, Ryori, Ny'vene, Griffi, Aeridini, Nephini, and not-technically-fabled-but-added-to-the-hardest-to-obtain-list-anyway Puffadore) usually require a little something extra to acquire which always includes getting really, really lucky.


For the Monarch Puffadore, they were originally available from the 2014 Spring Festival's Wheel of Spring Cheer. The Wheel itself has been discontinued, along with the attached themed "Wheel Pets." (Bottom right of Flute's post to point out the Monarch Puffadore.)

So... there isn't a way to generate one. Unless you were lucky to get one from the Wheel last year, that's that. (Unless the Admins set something up in the future to acquire 'retired' themes... but that's beyond my knowledge.)


The best option would be to buy an offspring; themed pets are quite popular for the breeding market. Kathy13friends has several purebred in her harchery up for sale for as low as 1k gold.

Other than that... I can imagine it would take a pretty large fortune to pry a Tagged Monarch from someone's stables. The only one publicly available is set for over 8 million gold.
