Its a great pet site! I've been addicted to all the quests and battling! I wish I could generate pets without having to spend quite a pretty penny on essences. Aside from that, I have no idea where I belong in terms of the social side of things... ^^;

As far as generating pets, I'd suggest holding off and leveling for now. It's best to work your way to the level cap first (currently 60) and doing missions to earn gold. You'll find gold comes in a lot quicker at level 60 and then essence prices aren't too terribly bad,not to mention you'll probably want to expand on your stable space (which also requires gold.)

If you'd like to hop into chatrooms down at the bottom and join the regulars in general chat, you're welcome to any time. Feel free to ask should you need help with anything. You'll find the community is more then willing to help. :)

It is indeed! A very nice person on here gave me an essence earlier and I was able to create a beautiful new Sylesti. I'd love to jump into the chat sometime, but I'm not all that great at socializing. ^^; I'd probably be very silent unless I knew someone in the chat well.

I'm getting there. Currently, I'm only on level 12, almost 13. How long does it take to get to 60?

It's fine. :) You can hop into the chat and get a feel for it~ we have some folks who just lurk and comment only when they feel the need to. You can be as social as you'd like.

That depends on you. There are some players who take months, others who take a couple of days. For me personally, I hit the cap in a week's time~ I was pretty hook line and sinker when I found Sylestia and took to it like a duck to water. :) I was on it every day almost every chance I got. xD Now I'm mostly on for festivals and to keep in touch until new releases are made to the game.

Ah, I see... I've been playing all day every day for the past 3... ^^; I feel a bit sad I've only gone up so much. But then again, I also RP on other sites and am also on other pet sites, but Sylestia is an every day sort of thing. Waiting for the opening of flight rising though...

im one of the people who lurk nearly all the time and you can learn alot by keeping your eye on the chat to cause someone will ask a question you didnt think of and then you know something that isnt so common

and the leveling yeah it takes a long time took me around 4 months but then again i never played batlling games before sylestia so i wasnt exactly very good for a while and experiance orbs help alot to. There are severeal forum threads that help with battling now so it shouldnt end up being to hard anymore :D

and yeah we have a wonderful community here i havent found any other website that was so nice even a christian website O.o and i dont know why but its awesome :DD and the admins are amazing! few admins talk commonly with there community and even fewer would join the chat sometimes and only one could create a website so awesome and only one could be the best host for the best forum games
and they are willing to help anytime so dont be afraid to pm one of them if you notice something wrong

Unlike games where it is a lot harder to level up at higher levels, for Sylestia it usually takes roughly the same time regardless of level. For example, getting from level 55 to 56 really doesn't really take much more time than getting from level 17 to level 18. There are a few roadblocks that people encounter that may stall them along the way, but it's not too bad. So 15 levels in 4 days is not bad at all. Actually you'll get to level 60 pretty quickly. c:

AH! PMed you about the wrong forum post. ^^ my apologies. Erm... Not exactly functioning today. lol. Yes, the community here is wonderful. The chat can be difficult to get a word into sometimes, but I do enjoy popping in and reading some things. A few users sold me a few of my favorite sylesti for cheap. Vulnyx and Ligs.. Ugh, my heart.... they are so beautiful. =3 Hoping to breed some really nice Vulnyx and ligs to sell eventually. I don't have enough species to really go past those two yet. Anyhow, everyone has been so incredibly helpful. And I love the battling, and the pets and all of it... But a few features are so driven to diamonds... Maybe once I get a job diamonds will become a thing for me, ya know?

I'm aiming so hard for level 60 before classes start for me. I really want to be able to get in here, have some amazing pets, and breed the most desirable pets, if not helping others breed specific traits as well. It's a high goal to reach but I'm determined.
