I opened the pack where you capture a sylestia, but I never got my items it said it listed (traps). Also I found a mushroom and it said i had put in my inventory but I didn't get anything. The mushroom was a Fluffy truffle i'm pretty sure. just happened 2 times now

The items you receive from the capture quest go to your Account Wardrobe. Have you checked to see if they are in there?
Also, Fluffy Truffles are quest items. They don't actually show up in your Inventory. When you find one, your quest will just update.
Please let me know if those items are not in your Wardrobe.
