Bit of an interesting glitch that I've noticed. Before you interact with Sithius Razorwind he has a completely different set of wings.
But when you look at the image code it still says Serpent wings. Once you get the option to battle/run his image flicks to the correct one. Personally it's not a problem and more amusing than anything.

We changed the wings from their original graphic. The NPC was probably just cached to the server prior to the change.

The moonlight umbrella it's gone I think even though I just bought it and used it To add to my wardrobe...

I missed them a bunch in the wardrobe, too. They're technically on page 9 of the held items. Since they're "epic", they're located with the epics away from a majority of the other held items. I thought I was going crazy trying to find them to see how they looked. Hope this helps!
Edit: This is me assuming that you mean the spring parasols as opposed to the Violet Umbrellas.
