I now cant seem to breed my project offsprings with each other. Has the parameter changed to grandparents and possibly greatgrandparents???

What are the pets you're trying to breed?
I assume you know that you can't breed siblings with each other (both pets must have different parents to breed) nor parent-to-child.

Opps just realised I was trying to breed the wrong ones xD
Got 3 Parents and 2 Completed Zolnixis for a project and its getting a bit confusing with which are the parents when it comes to breeding...
