Not sure what he's worth or what I want, but he's just taking up a slot in my stables. I collect and breed Sylvorpas exclusively right now, and I'm always in need of genetic mutators and pet dye.
Also have a mint chocolate zolnixi and winter's chill lupora I don't need (first page of my stables).

I'm not really sure how much the WP griffi is worth either. But i'll take a shot and offer. 800k for him along with 100 diamonds?
Edit: Or i'll offer 400~500 diamonds if that is equal to my previous offer. Not sure of your diamond rate. ^^;
