When my friend messaged me, I couldn't open the little messaging thing. I don't know if its a glitch, but it might be. The group message I am talking about is the little "Who's Online" thing.

Do you play zoomed in/out? Try setting the zoom at 100%.
Additionally, you can try clearing your browser cache.
