Hey Krin, I've got a friend who's trying to sign up for a sylestia account, but she keeps getting the "A user is only allowed ONE account. Please contact our Support if you require an exception to this safeguard." message. She says no one in her family plays and she says she's never made an account here before. Is there anything we could possibly be overlooking?

They will need to send an email to our support and give me their IP Address so that I can look it up in the database.
They can obtain their IP Address from: http://whatismyipaddress.com/
