So I set up a Windchaser luff for breeding for 1 gold using PurpleStarlightWolf user id, but somehow, someone else bred with him. I am just confused now,

You can always verify that it was set up correctly by re-opening the management after setting prices.
The interface for the pet profiles isn't very good, so until it's improved there's not much I can do.
Just when setting prices, once you set them I would always just double check that it was set correctly.
