Pokemon: The Last Stand
Following the defeat of Team Flare, two new teams arose in the Kalos region - Team Eclipse and Team Legion. At first, due to the two groups' inexperience and dislike for the other, they weren't considered much of a threat. Instead, they were viewed as a bunch of attention-seeking teens. Even the police of Kalos left them alone, assuming that their constant fighting with each other would lead to their downfall - But they were wrong.
It was the leaders of the teams who were the first to realised that their fighting was dragging them down, and it wasn't long before Eclipse and Legion formed a truce. Now, they were one united force bent on ruling the regions, and this time, they were taken seriously. But, it was already too late. By this time, Kalos had fallen, and Unova was a battlefield between the combined force of Legion-Eclipse and the protectors and guardians of the regions.
Yet, despite their best efforts, the front line of defence was broken, and Unova fell, soon followed by Sinnoh, then Hoenn, Johto and Kanto. But, there was one region that escaped Legion-Eclipse's rule - Rispriva. It's protectors, a group calling themselves 'Vigilante', had already seen the threat Legion-Eclipse would pose, and during the time the battle for the regions was fought on Unova, they built up defences. It's because of that and the support they received from the region's pokemon, trainers and legendaries that Rispriva remained free.
But, Legion-Eclipse have grown a lot stronger than anticipated, and the Vigilantes are finding it harder and harder to fend off each attack. They know they can't let Rispriva fall - it was their last hope of defeating the teams. But, as refugees flock to Rispriva, the group is starting to realise that they can't keep everyone safe forever. And so, they send out a plea for help across the world, calling for help in a last attempt to defeat the teams.
The only question is: Will you respond?

Rules
~ All of Sylestia's rules apply
~ No God-Modding, Power-Modding, Meta-Gaming, Auto-Hitting, Etc.
~ Do try to be Semi-Literate. So about three sentences per Character? And don't forget spelling, grammar and capitalisation!
~ No Character limit, just don't make 20 and only use 1.
~ Let's try not to move along too fast, so don't go further than two pages without anyone, unless that person hasn't logged in for a while or gave us the 'Ok' signal to go on ahead with him/her.
~ If someone asks for a recap, try to help that person out with a recap.
~ Canon Characters are allowed, but some are not. If a canon character you want to rp as is not in the Positions List, ping me and ask.
~ Please ask if you can use a legendary. One legend per char, and unless they are canon (or have a good reason) don't start off with the legendary already in your team. Just tell me which Legendary you want and I'll reserve it. You'll get the legendary as the rp progresses. No Shiny Legendaries though...
~ Try to bleep out curses if your characters do curse.
~ Respect everyone please, even if you think they're doing something wrong. Just tell them nicely, alright? We don't want to start a fight.
~ Ping me when you sign up, or if you need to ask a question. Ping those whom you're replying to as well.
~ Fakemon are allowed, just do give us the details of the fakemon. Actually, it would be nice if fakemon are made, we are after all, on Rispriva. And every new region has their own pokemon.
~ Pokemon characters (not including those on a trainer's team) must be roughly the same as Trainer characters.
~ Pokemon characters cannot be caught with a pokeball, unless a member from Team Legion or Eclipse catches them. However, pokemon rpers are free to break out of the pokeball as their being captured, or once they are captured. To Team Eclipse and Legion members - if you catch a pokemon rper, please return to base, release them into the dungeon and place restrains on them. Pokemon rpers are not to be in a pokeball for longer than three posts, or they won't be able to use their char too much.
Please suggest edits to the rules, be it the removal of a rule, the addition of a rule or the editing of a rule. I'm open to suggestions.

Coradrawa has joined as an admin/moderator! Anyone else want to help out? Ain't matter if you don't know much about pokemon or not, just be able to help run a roleplay...

News and Current State of World
Rocket and Galatic are the only teams to be still up and running. Plasma, Aqua, Magma have been disbanded.

Rules set by Legion-Eclipse
~Follow these rules only if your character still lives in Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos or are members of Legion-Eclipse~
Shinies are not allowed in teams. They are to be given to Tea Eclipse or Legion members, or released into the wild.
Legendaries, Pseudo Legendaries and Semi-Pseudo-Legendaries are not allowed in teams. Legendaries are to be given to Team Eclipse or Legion, while Pseudo and Semi-Pseudo Legendaries are to be treated like Shinies.
Legion-Eclipse members cannot harm or injure civilians unless they show resistance or do not cooperate.
For those who find anything precious, evolutionary stones, mega stones and the like, they are to be handed in to Legion-Eclipse. If this rule is not followed, perpetrators will be jailed and dealt with severely. However, if these items are needed, and there is a proper reason why, then they will be given out again, on loan. If not returned, punishment will be dealt out.

Info
Legion is a male dominated team, with Eclipse being female dominated. Vigilantes are as the name implies - a group of volunteers who help protect Rispriva. However, they are just as organised as any other team, with their members being part of Rispriva's Elite Four, Champion, Gyms. They have many secret bases scattered around Rispriva.
Admin in these three groups' case refers to those who reported to the Sub-Leader(s) and Leader, but everyone else in the team reports to them,the Sub-Leader(s) and Leader.

Plasma, N's faction, has been functioning as protectors of Unova's pokemon. Their leaders are Colress and N, but while N remains the main leader, when he's not around, Colress takes his place. Rood functions their advisor.
When Team Eclipse and Legion took over Unova, Team Plasma was quick to cover their leaders' escape, allowing for both Colress and N to seek refuge on Rispriva. Now, the team has been disbanded by Legion-Eclipse.

Galatic now looks for new energy sources for Sinnoh, as they promised to. It is now led by Saturn, Mars and Jupiter. Saturn functions as the main leader, with the two girls as his helpers.
Saturn was one of those who fought against Legion-Eclipse, but without help from his team. As such, when the battle was lost, Saturn was one of those arrested, only to escape later on and head for Rispriva. Mars left to look for him while leaving Jupiter in charge. Galatic continues to look for new energy sources for Sinnoh, being one of the teams still running during Legion-Eclipse's reign.

Magma and Aqua work hand in hand to ensure peace in Hoenn, with the leaders being Courtney, Archie and Maxie. Archie and Maxie are in charge of most things regarding the teams, with Courtney dealing with more office matters.
They are in the same state as Plasma, disbanded after Legion-Eclipse came to rule. Their leaders were caught, Courtney being the sole one to get away.

Rocket, like Magma and Aqua, now help to maintain peace in Kanto and Johto, and their leaders are Giovanni and Silver. Like Galatic, Rocket did not actively participate in the battle, resulting in them still running during Legion-Eclipse's reign.
However, while they were still allowed to run, Legion-Eclipse wished to capture Silver, for his more active role in the battle. To ensure his son's escape, Giovanni hindered the team sent to capture Silver, resulting Giovanni being the one arrested instead, while Silver fled.

Rangers from Pokemon Ranger series games are allowed, along with Warlords from Pokemon conquest. Nearly any Trainer class will be allowed, except those from Orre region (due to the snag machine). Pokemon rpers have the choice of letting the character come from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeons games.

Vigilante has been trying to make sure things run like they always have in Rispriva, so while there are many of those who help the Vigilantes, life goes on as normal here, with pokemon Contests being held, tournaments, trading, battling and the like.
