Hard refreshing is the best bet. Are you trying to use the shortcuts or click on the buttons themselves?

Usually Shift + F5 or hitting F5 repeatedly a few times in a row.

I don't want to be a bother... but it still wont work?
I clicked it like 20 times in a row, and reloading does not work.
I hope it goes away by itself, because I can't get it to.

No...? They LOOK like they work, (blinky,blinky if you click) but they just do nothing..... it has actually been like this almost all afternoon, but I ignored it, and it did not go away like I thought....???????

I had a similar problem and exiting the zone fixed it.
