Something is wrong with the timers for 2 of the item spawn points. Not only is it now ludicrously long (66 mins.) the timer keeps changing for it. It's been increasing 3-4 mins ever few times it spawns. is this intentional or a bug?

I've isolated it to 2 points. the one right below the lake, and the one in the so called "secret area"

The spawn point below the water and the one in the 'secret' area are both a different type of spawn.

Both are guaranteed to be chests (possibly nests, but I've never seen one myself so I can't be certain) rather than the spawns in the hearts that usually give you crate after crate after crate of general uselessness, with the occasional chest or nest.


Because they always spawn something on the useful side, their spawn timers are a bit higher than the crates. I think it's about an hour, but I haven't had a chance to actually time it. It's like a compromise. I don't mind the longer timers myself - I'm just glad there's a guarantee of something good somewhere, rather than more evil crates that show up over and over and over.

Im aware that they spawn something special every time. but i actually took the time to get the exact timers on them. and its inconsistent every other time. Thats why i'm pointing this out. If it should be an hour, then its an hour, not 60-70 mins. That just really irritates me how its different so many times

They are coded to have a random swing. =)
