The only way i know is getting them in the broker, but they are really expensive. So i would like to know how I can get some my self?

You can get valentines from nurturing, opening chests or the equivalent in the zone, fighting bosses, spinning the wheel. Valentines are like the frost tokens of winter fest. =)

Do you know what happens to them if you possibly clicked on them in your inventory and hit use?

When you use your valentines, it gets transferred to the festival shop, where you can then use them to buy things like avatar items and wheel tickets. =)
Edit: note that once you use your valentine, you can't take them out of the shop and put them back in your inventory.
