I looked high and low for both them and an answer, but nothing. I don't exactly have the diamonds for the unlimited one, and I don't quite want to bother some of the people doing it for others, free or otherwise.
I was thinking maybe in a region of the map I don't have access to yet, but I doubt it a bit.

The only way you can get more (one-time) genetic testers is by spinning the wheel during festivals. It's given out as one of the wheel prices then. You can't buy them in any of the regions in the game.

Alternatively, you can purchase them off the trade broker from other players, which can get expensive. =P

I guess I could do some commissions or something to make some in-game money. We'll see.

Well, the genetic tester is probably one of the main items that brings money in to keep the site running, so they can't make the limited one too easy to get. =P

Also, if you do missions regularly, try to save gold, and wait for discount periods (usually around festivals) when they reduce the price for diamond items like testing kits, it's not that unattainable to get eventually even without spending real money. You just need a good control on your game finances. xD

Otherwise, don't be shy to ask people who offer free testing. Most have been through what you're going through now, so they're willing to offer their services to others who can't afford to buy them. The community here is generally nice and friendly. ^-^
