There is a world existing alongside our own. A world that was once a part of ours. It was made as a refuge for creatures of myth and legend. While humans do not know it the bond between the worlds remain strong.So as one weakens the other follows. This weakening causes many upheavals and problems. These are much more noticeable in the magical realm of Enchantra. Teams of explorers and adventurers roam the land attempting to manage the ills that plague them. Some are of the mythical and elemental races, others are humans who travel to the world accidentally. Some are good and some err to the side of darkness. With the worlds out of balance many changes lie in wait. What path will you chose? Only one thing is certain nothing will remain unchanged.

Name: Garth Forge (When he travels he goes by Garreth though.)
Gender: Male
Race: Elvish Dwarf
Approximate age: 1,100(Ancient for a dwarf, young for an elf.)
Appearance: Short brown hair and beard, fair skin, with sapphire blue eyes. About 3'6 average height for a dwarf. Stocky muscular build although slightly less so than a normal dwarf. While traveling he wears a worn yellow tunic with black pants, brown boots and gloves, and a brown woolen cap to hide his pointed ears.
Personality: At first glance has a rather gruff nature, but he is really kind and brave hearted. He does not trust easily, but once you gain his full trust you have a loyal friend for life. He is quiet and hard working on the trail and surprisingly patient for a dwarf. He is skilled craftsman and problem solver.
Past/ other: He is the dwarven sage of Earth. His mother was the Dwarf Persephone and his father was the Elf Lord Roland. His elven kin do not know of his relation to them. He has high standing among his people (How high I'm not telling yet). Due to an injury the bones in his hands were crushed and replaced with starsilver replicas which he can control due to his abilities as a sage. The surgery however left the skin of his hands severely scared. He rarely takes off his glovesin front of others. He is the inventor of Starsilver and metal alloy made up of Platinum, Irridium, and titanium. Forged with a secret concoction of plant oils it is both light and as strong as truesilver and not even dragon fire can melt it (IT can still melt whatever is inside of it though). However it is also resistant to magic, (An unexpected side effect Garth encountered after forging it.) While useful for defense no starsilver armor or weapon can ever posses magical properties because of this.

Her skin color is white-sh brown-sh.
Past/other- Will tell you more in the role play. Has a pet dragon do to her dragon side of her father side.Likes flying off at night to enjoy the night air and the stars.

Personality: The daughter of a retired soldier, Aur is stubborn, not liking to have to ask others for help. She is understanding, and would prefer to avoid bloodshed if possible. Despite this belief, Aur'rula is fearless in battle, matched only by the greatest swordmasters.

Approximate age: 19
Appearance: his goat half is black with white spots, and his top half is a tin human torso, having black hair that is long and pulled back in a ponytail. He has small goat horns growing from his head, get have a gold band around them. He wears a white tunic over which he has a green vest. He also carries a satchel, and a small sword.
Personality: sweet, laid back, polite
Past/other: he never really knew his father and his mother was rarly ever home. He was left to live with the farmers goats untill the day the farm found him out. After being invited in for a place to call home, Sage chose to live with the farmer and his family. Now that he has come of age to leave the house, he has taken to the life of a magician.

When do we start?

Ooh, finally an RP that I want to join! Sounds like an extensive world we're in. Looking forward to seeing how things start out.

Name: Apheida
Gender: Female
Race: Dryad, of the Oak variety
Approximate age: ~150 -- young adult stage for a dryad

Appearance: Often changing, because she has the shapeshifting and growth abilities common to most Dryads, but generally takes a two-legged form that looks vaguely like an overly tall humanoid woman (~6.5-7 feet tall). Her skin is a pale brown, with a slightly rough texture, and her hair -- a lighter, tawny colour -- is disheveled, with vines, branches, and flowers strewn through it, almost like a birds nest. She is clothed with a few slips of cloth, to maintain human/elvish/dwarven standards of decency, but primarily by the bark, vines and branches that she can grow and move at will.

The best approximation I can get from the Wardrobe:



Personality: Withdrawn most of the time, preferring to observe and listen, but holding strong opinions. Generally calm and peaceful, but fierce when angered, and will stop at nothing to avenge wrongdoing -- especially when it is personal to her. Mysterious. Passionate, exhibiting similar romantic tendencies to that of Naiads, but without their jealousy.

Prizes beauty, intelligence, and compassion. She likes elves, satyrs, and other races who generally live in harmony with nature, and dislikes humans for their wastefulness and eager destruction of the natural world.

Past/other: Having come from a grove long since burned and destroyed by dark forces, Apheida considers all of nature to be her home, and is nomadic; moving from place to place, providing protection to the land. She can commune with trees and other plants, share energy with them, and has an innate understanding of animals, whom she can call as allies in battle. She is also a skilled archer, trained by elves when she was young, and can fight physically with her Dryad powers as well as using earth-based magic.
