I tried to beat the boss, and apparently my pet isn't ready for a 3 v 1 so I'm trying to train my pets best I can through the caves....but the jinxie thing is still stuck there and i did everything

So the issue is just the Jinxie pop up?
Did you open the bag from your inventory that you received for completing the 'Capture a Sylesti' quest?

yes I did everything even the board quests for the caverns
