Whenever I try to manually enter a hex color in gene color two that I saved from the preview generator it changes the color of the main color instead of gene color two when ever I click OK.
So say I had main color purple and tried to make gene 2 orange it would change the purple to orange and leave the gene two whatever color it was originally.
Edit: Never mind it seems to have fixed itself for now.

Yes. This is a known issue. Sometimes the JQuery plugin loads incorrectly. Simply reloading the page fixes the issue.
