The most direct way is to copy and paste the text from your document to the post, if that's what you're asking. (And pictures can be uploaded to sites like tinypic/photobucket/imgur and then posted here.)
As far as formatting goes, you'll have to format things like font color/bold text/italicized text/text orientation yourself using the buttons provided. (ie [ b ] [ /b ], [ align=center ] [ /align ], etc)

You screen shot it.
Paste that screen shot into paint,
Then post online, like do a tweet on twitter or something.
After that drag the image to the web address box. The picture should be on a white screen on a different window to what you were just on.
Copy the link then make a forum like this one, and then click on IMG and past the link into it like;
img] www.PepperShadowLovesWolves.co.uk [/img except the img with have two square brackets, one either side. And no spaces. If you want to do a web link you copy a web address and paste that inbetween URL

Flute's way is best unless it has pictures on it ;)
Anyway, the way I told you is for putting up pictures from your computer on to Sylestia.
If you just want to post a picture that's already online. Just drag the image and put it into the web address area, copy the link, then on a post/thread or about me section, click IMG and paste the link into the middle :D
