Where do I get Baking Utensils? I have 2 rare Bulbora spices and some ingredients, I'm just missing the baking utensils. But.. If I do find out where to get baking utensils would anyone be willing to trade a Bulbora rare for a vulynx rare?

You can find Baking Utensils in the Festival Shop for 25 Frost Tokens.

Sorry, but where do you get frost tokens?

They (frost tokens) were available during the Winter Festival by fighting bosses.

However, judging by your join date, you seem to have missed it. :(
(it went through half of December and ended January 4th.)

The only other way to get frost tokens now are buying spice extractors (originally from the festival, but now only on the trade broker, the players' market), or buying directly from the trade broker.

oh ok well thanks I'll try that, I have got many special spices, I was looking forwards to making Themed Griffs (I have 5 of their special spice)
