The worlds all lived together in peace ever since the wars of long ago. Infinite amounts of dimensions have continued to obey the laws set before them and the universes and galaxies within them have therefore stayed in peace despite what may go on in individual worlds, governed by themselves. These rules had been made and upheld for thousand of years since the 'dark wars' as many people referred to them. It even came to pass that many forgot of the other dimensions and even galaxies that exist beyond their realms, but still everything has been at peace.

Yet suddenly something has been disturbing the peace that once held all the dimensions in order and suddenly everything was thrown into chaos. The 'Aerix' which is the name given to the combination of all dimensions, has begun to fall apart. Solar systems, then galaxies, universes, and soon entire dimensions fall to an unknown force that the current inhabitants of these dimensions were not suited to battle. This force soon became known simply as 'the shadow'. Once a planet falls its inhabitants are transformed into monstrous beasts, corrupted by 'the shadow' and transformed into living-dead soldiers that know only pain, misery, and death.

Even as the Aerix seems at its weakest, the wars of long past a distant memory only to a few who may have been prepared, there is still hope. A group of elders from many dimensions, galaxies and worlds came together in order find a solution. After many arguments and discussions they had finally come to the solution to summon warriors from different dimensions to fight for the fate of Aerix.

This is where your story begins. The elders gave their last life-force in order to locate these chosen warriors and teleport them to a single safe dimension where the shadow can not reach. You are one of these warriors, even if you seem the least likely. You are chosen for your heart and are immune to the effects of the shadow and imbued with special powers. It is up to you and the other chosen warriors to traverse the dimensions to different worlds in order to purge them of the shadow.

((Ok here it is everyone! Lets get ready to do this! For those of you who are seeing this all for the first time please go over to our thread in the "Find Roleplayers" forum in order to join. For everyone else feel free to start posting.))

It was sudden and swift as each of them were teleported away from their homelands. Some were taken just before full corruption of their planets, some before the corruption had been able to make it to their worlds and some whose planets had already been consumed by the darkness that lurked through the dimensions. They were taken through space and time to a dimension outside of reality, away from the other dimensions where the darkness would not find til all else was consumed. Here they would be safe, it was the last will of the counsel of elders. For with both the teleportation and creation of the new dimension they gave their lives.
Now you suddenly wake up. You feel oddly dizzy as if you just got spun around a thousand times, and your head is pounding. This soon goes away as you get your bearings and look around. The world around you is covered in grass, and there is a forest off in the distance. This planet is the only thing in existence in this dimension and therefore the sky has no moon or sun, but seems to be lit and sustained by some artificial force. The sky is blue and the world seems very similar to that of earth. Wildflowers wave around you in the wind as it blows across the prairies. Those in the forest can hear the trees creak and moan and all is silent here as if you were the only thing here. Yet you are soon to find out you are not alone, others have also arrived here as well. But you can only guess as to why.

Rai slowly rose, the world seemed to spin around him and for a moment he began to panic. He could remember the chaos that had ensued in his world and he wondered if he had been knocked unconscious in the panic. His head pounded like he was hit with something and he couldn't keep his vision from spinning which didn't help him any. He sighed and layed back down and took a moment to get his bearings. Surprisingly the sensation went away in what was no more than a minute. Slowly he looked around. "Grass?" he wondered as he looked at it. It was much different than that of his world, it was green first off and it seemed much more flexible. Where was he? Was he dead? He had to admit this place was beautiful, maybe this was the afterworld. He soon guessed against that as he remembered the pain in his head earlier. He doubted he'd feel pain in death. Even if it was there must be something he had to find out. Some reason he was here.

Ryoku slowly got up, his tail whipped out form behind him from side to side as he pondered where to start. He was in the middle of a field, forest surrounding him on either side. And it was so quiet...ominously so, but he couldn't help but feel there had to be someone out there. Loneliness could drive one crazy and he didn't feel like losing his mind now, there was too much going on back on his world wherever that was.

He sighed and stretched for a moment, his wings spreading out before coming back close to his back. "No use sitting around" he said to himself before he headed off towards the east in hopes of figuring something out.

(Yay! Starting! I know it's short, but I'm working on making my posts longer)
Naro sat on the ground, rubbing his head. "What happened?" He asked himself. "One moment I was sleeping and the next- I'm on this strange world." He surveyed the area, noting there was nothing he recognized, although that was most likely caused by him living on a planet made of ice and rock his whole life. "Well, it's sure not Daemoria." Naro pushed himself up, squinting as the hot sun shone down on him. He wasn't used to this weather. It was so . . . . hot.
As he set off to search for anything that might lead him to the knowledge of more details of his current location, Naro began to wonder why he of all people had been transferred to this strange new land.

(no problem, that length is fine, I don't have a problem with more though haha ;) and looks like is just you and me right now anyway no idea where everyone went, going to ping them again and hope they come, they are probably busy so I am not too worried. But i'd prefer if this was moving a bit faster, at least a post within 2 days from everyone)

Rai continued to wander his eyes looking over every detail. Where was he? Why was he here? Was it a prison of sorts? Seemed to nice to be a prison, but loneliness could be the worst prison of all. Its just none of it made sense. One moment he was running in his world and the next he was here. The most logical things could either be death, which he was starting to eliminate the possibility of, or he was dreaming. A dream...but the pain before seemed so real. Even that looked busted. So now he had to look to the more illogical possibilities. Teleportation...maybe more logical than he thought. Not invented on his world, but maybe another race. That or he was in a form of virtual reality. Either were possibilities but he was beginning to believe teleportation and he wondered if he was insane to think so. Even so why bring him here? Maybe.... But his thought was suddenly interrupted by a noise in the distance. Was someone...or something, else here with him? He stayed wary as he approached the sound.

(Ok. Hopefully others decide to join. This has the potential to be an amazing rp.)
Naro walked through the forest, his wings folded close to his back. He had pulled his long black hair into a ponytail, but the heat was still overwhelming. Daemoria, Naro's homeworld, was much colder than this. Ice covered about sixty-percent of the planet's surface. He was used to cold, not scorching heat that threatened to melt him like an icicle in the spring. The shade from the trees helped, but not enough that Naro hadn't needed to remove his outer jacket, letting it hang loosely over his shoulder. A rustle in the leaves alerted Naro to the fact he was no longer alone. Perhaps this was the creature who had brought him to this sun-scorched land. Even with that possibility, Naro drew his sword, preparing for whatever might appear.

((Sorry that took so long. Dad found me last night on my desk while I was writing this. Anyway sorry if it's sorta weird. I'm not good at starting posts. But they get better after this. ))

Zenaku slowly opened her eyes, all of them, shortly after letting out a small hiss once seeing the bright landscape spin before her. "Feels like when I opened my eyes for the first time..." Shaking her head, to clear it she slowly got up on her four paws. Zenaku's tail ached slightly as though a soft spot was hit prior. But it faded away before she could check for a bruise. "Well if there's no pain now guess it's fine.." She mumbled, looking around. The grass was green, which was normal. The trees were brown with green leaves, also normal. Zenaku tilted her head as she looked up at the sky. It was blue.. But... "...Wait.. Where is the sun..?" She stared at the sky, seemingly dumbfounded for a few minutes. Then shook her head. Perhaps this wasn't her world. Sure it had similarities, but she was sure that during the day there was a sun. So if it wasn't her world.. Then where was she? Zenaku sat down, curling her tail around her paws slightly wishing that her father was around to reassure her. But he wasn't. If anything he was still fighting with those wanna-be-heroes. "A blight on them.." She hissed, closing her eyes.

Zenaku sat there for a few good minutes, ears perked trying to pick up a sound.. Anything. But it was quiet.. As silent as... She poked her fore-arm, to make sure. "Yep. I'm alive.." A sense of relief passed through her body before she again opened her eyes to look around. Form what she gathered, she was in a forest, in a very quiet world. She wasn't the only one here.. Was she? She shook her head. Of course there had to be others.. How else would she get her bit of emotion from...? For that matter... How else would she be able to eat? Was there meat around? Or even fruits..? Slightly annoyed, Zenaku let out a huff and got up. "Sitting around will get me no where." Her tail lashed and she looked to the right, almost walking off in that direction until... She heard something farther away.

Wait... Heard something? There were others? Hoping she wasn't delusional. She turned herself and walked in the direction of the noise. If there was another being here, perhaps they knew what this place is. And why she was here. However, being slightly cautious, she kept her eyes open. Wouldn't want to be caught unawares, especially when you have no idea where one is.

Zhen

Zhen woke with a start, Koji and her things lay next to her on the soft floor of the forest. Not sure where they were, Zhen stood ignoring the dizziness and migraine to get their bearings. Koji was still sleeping on her pack, so Zhen left them where they were before she took to the nearest tree. Once Zhen broke through the canopy, she opened her senses fully.

How odd, she thought to herself, while she scanned the landscape for signs of life. Something about this place was off. There was no sun in the sky, but there was plenty of light and warmth. The entire environment seemed slightly factitious; though it was real enough, it seemed rather... Empty for such a beautiful land. Zhen heard Koji begin to stir below her. She knew he would react badly to the new surroundings without her there. So Zhen silently lept down branch by branch to land right next to the baby dragon.

Koji rustled his scales, his fin like ears pinned flat against his skull as he tried to gain his feet. Zhen gently scooped up her charge, to sooth away the effects of what had brought them here. "Net'thana, my sweet one. All shall be well soon, bear with the pain for a moment longer. It shall pass swiftly."

As if he was just noticing their new surroundings, Koji looked from the forest back to Zhen, his head tilted inquisitively. "This planet is unknown to me. Not even all the knowledge your Mother gave me speaks of this place, although something tells me we are no longer on Jaaegosa. Rest for now, while we journey. I sense we may meet others," Zhen replied.

Satisfied with her answer, Koji perched atop Zhen's head, his long body cascaded down her hair and coiled loosely across her shoulders. Once he'd settled down, Zhen pulled the hood of her cloak over her to shade the young dragon from view. After she pulled on her pack, Zhen secured her bow and set off moving stealthfully towards the clearing she'd seen nearby.

After a fair amount of walking, Zhen arrived at the edge of the forest. She had felt the mental signatures of others grow closer with each step she took. Silently, Zhen crept towards them, she was downwind of them now, and held to the shadows, her bow at the ready. Quietly she watched from the cover of the tree she'd climbed, for signs of danger and watched the two men.

Gahnos

"Did anyone get the name of that Behemoth that just trampled through my head?" Gahnos asked jocularly. When he did not receive an answer from one of his herd mates, Gahnos took to his feet and quickly realized that was a mistake. Stars flooded his vision, he was so dizzy the young stallion thought for a moment that he might be sick. Thankfully the sensation passed quickly, only to give way to panic.

It was imperative for Gahnos to find out what had happened. He was in a large clearing of some sort, there was enough room for him to take to the air if he wished. Gahnos decided it might be wiser to travel on foot for now. This was a strange and unknown land, if there were enemies near by, he'd much rather not make a flying target out of himself.

Soon Gahnos began to smell others, at least one was a half elf; though it was not the same as elves from his world. He could also grasp the scents of several dragon, or dragon like creatures, and others he could not quite put his nose on. All seemed to be heading towards one of the dragonish scents, so Gahnos decided to do the same. Maybe one of them knew what in Canthors Hoof was going on.

{{Gahnos is a ways off from where Zhen is, but he's open for interaction.}}

(Blaaarrgh.... I'm so sorry Thoron. Yes, you are correct, I am quite busy. I haven't been able to go on Sylestia and reply to things. I have a lot of school homework, and we've been preparing a party for my birthday, and everything has been a rush. XP

Since today is Friday, I will definitely have time to reply. I promise. :) I have read through this thread, and seems to be going well!

I hope everyone has a great day! Again, really sorry.)

(Btw I have plans for them all to discover their powers >:D. It will be after they meet and all but I do have plans.)

It was then Rai saw the figure and he approached cautiously until he got a good look at it. It was not a creature he recognized. It was different from his race, something foreign. Maybe this was its world. He wondered if it spoke its language. He doubted it but he tried anyway unaware that his voice was automatically translated and he was speaking their language unknowingly as would everyone else. "I mean no harm." he said as he looked at it. "Can you tell me where I am and maybe how I got here." he tried to be calm and non-accusing, that could get him killed if this race was hostile.
