So, my starter pet Zelda has been at 100% exp for a few days now, she continues to gain experience, but she's not gaining a level.

This isn't a glitch right now. There's actually a stopper on the level currently so when the level max burst comes your pet will gain however many levels possible.

The game currently has a max level of 60. So pets cannot exceed that level until the cap is lifted.
