A few days ago I purchased two of the bears from the fest shop, the charcoal and the shale, they were added to my inventory and I put them in my wardrobe. But today when I went to change my held to one of my bears, they were both missing from my wardrobe, I know I had them in my inventory and so I'm confused as to why they wouldn't be in my wardrobe, I checked my inventory again to see if they'd been removed or something and they weren't there either

Which items, specifically?

Morkko cub (Charcoal) and Morkko Cub (Shale)

I checked through the entire database. I don't see any evidence that you ever owned either of those items.

There's no history of them in the item database. When items are consumed (like adding an item to your Wardrobe), the items are never deleted - but just marked as consumed. And there's no evidence of you having either of those items.

I also checked your trade history and no Morkko Cubs were traded.

I checked your tradebroker history and again, no Morkko Cubs.

I also checked the Stocking Stuffer history and also no Morkko Cubs.

And, in your wardrobe there is no history of Morkko Cubs. Like items, when an item is removed it's not deleted, just marked as removed. So, the database has no history of you ever owning Morkko Cubs..

I don't know what to tell you... Are you sure you had these items and it was on the Castielle account?

100% positive. I remember specifically because I was debating with a friend over which ones I should buy. I bought the charcoal one first, looked at in my inventory, and decided I wanted a second. I went back and bought the shale, then moved both to my wardrobe

Alright... well, up until just a few minutes ago there was no tracking code in place for the Festival Shop.

I just went ahead and recoded it a bit so now all purchases are tracked from now on. Will help me in situations like these.
